I really love -

I was watching an 82 year old guy playing jazz on the piano. He was, without doubt, a master. He said that success was based on loving what you do. You could tell that he loved music because he played without effort; music just flowed from him...

I began to think of all the time and effort he put into what he did. Then I began to consider his age and the fact that he doesn't have many years left to live. Ultimately his music will die with him.

It all just seems like such a cheat. Such a con.

All that love, all that passion, fading to nothing.

Surely that can't be the truth...
